I recommend doing an elimination diet to identify the cause your stomach issues. Include a test for food allergies where they prick you with all sorts of needles to identify the possible trouble foods. Working out is secondary. Anything you can do then do, but your stomach problem is fucking you up and working out will likely add to your pain/inflammation and make you feel worse.

This. Fellow britbong here. There are a lot of pros to the NHS but getting diagnosed is an absolute fucking nightmare and waiting lists at hospitals are reminiscent of soviet-era eastern bloc nations. It is completely normal to have to wait for 4-5 months to see a specialist just for an ordinary appointment.

It defies logic, as the nhs is funded by taxes, employees pay taxes, employee gets sick and loses job because of 6 month waiting times, can no longer pay taxes. Its in their interest to keep workers working, this illness cost me my job, my health, my mental wellbeing and almost my home. Worse still im not recognized as being.unable to work so I dont get shit in welfare, because I can't get a diagnosis. I just want to be able to work again.
