It's just Sheiko's method.

He explains it that it allows the lifter to improve technique and strength at specific parts of the lift, and he can program the weight RPE and fatigue separately for each part, so that the harder part doesn't bottleneck the easier part.

Deadlift to the knees are easy to do and you don't require equipment.

Yeah you can just drop the percentages on the DL from boxes and do normal ones. I usually suggest RDLs or touch and go DLs cause they focus a bit more on hip extension, like the DL from boxes.

And don't worry too much about the program not being personalised. Those spreadsheets are excellent and work well as is.

Back in 2016, I signed up for a USAPL meet in Columbus in April. I looked up the approved equipment list to see if the Rogue belt I already had was approved. It was not, but on the list were Best Belt belts. That approved list said it was good until Dec 31st 2018.

If it's bilateral (not isolated largely to either one's left or right side), it's almost certainly spinal. If it's unilateral, it's more likely an SI joint issue. I hope it's not spinal desu,I had xrays done and both an orthopedic and neurosurgeon checked me.
The only visible thing from the xrays is spondylolisthesis l5-s1 and both told me "the pain should be muscular".

What's weird is that pain is not high,I can do every activity just fine but flexing or hyperextending my low back hurts.
For example,if I wanted to I could very well bench with a lot of arch while in pain.
From everything I have heard people with spinal problem couldn't even move and their recovery was pretty quick compared to mine.

Right now I'm not even stretching my back anymore because I was under the impression that it was making everything worse.
I have literally tried everything.
