I've had luck with Calvin Klein and apt 9 t shirts.

Still looking for a good pair of jeans, though.

I finally lost weight and stopped being a fat fuck and despite being dyel to all hell I don't fit in normal tshirts

For pants get tapered fit (straight on the quads but slim on the calves)

Just buy a "stretch" tee. A little bit of elastane goes a long way.

Also, the best tees I've ever had were some 3-pack Hanes. Better than stuff I've bought costing much more.
