Hi /fit, I broke my collarbone a week ago. I was very lucky, and the bones wont need resetting - it should heal itself within five weeks.
Now, I would like to know, if anyone has experience with broken collarbones (or broken bones in general) and how to recuperate from it, strength wise?

As you know by now, you cannot rotate your body in any direction, cough, sneeze, breathe too hard, without suffering immense amounts of pain.
You are limited to squats and even then, you shouldn't do those because if you fall over, you risk fucking up your shoulder even more.
You should start easy and do calisthenics and bodyweight exercises, throw in some cardio like running or swimming, so you can rebuild joint and basic strength.

Op: I was VERY lucky, and the fracture went straight through. As such I am in minor pain, and I have arm mobility.
I am wondering, if I can start training, while I still have pain in the bone, or I should wait untill it is fully gone?

Wait until your bone has patched up. I know people who aggravated their injury and don't have full function/strength of their limbs/joints. Just patch up. Your gains will come back with less effort than before.
