Raising test and lowering esteogen is pretty much your only hope. Search for legitimate ways to increase it. Working out obviously, and apparently garlic, onions, and cold showers also help. At 18 I could only grow a pencil thin baby mustache, and a chinstrap with bald spots. Now at 27 I have a full beard. It's not the thickest, but it's a lot better than it used to be.

Shave more. Even if you've just got some shitty fluff, shave that shit off. The reason for this is because it'll make your hair grow in thicker and more quickly. Eventually you'll get to that point where your beard will grow back within a matter of days, if even that.

Not OP but my facial hair was so-so when I was using an electric shaver. I switched to using blades and my facial hair growth increased significantly.
