I've been really energetic since early childhood. Always participating in sport events, running around, cycling, etc. Then I became cynical and lost it all for like 5 years. I restarted at around 20. Now 21. Shit sucks. I've truly lost it. The people who pass me by always ask me if I'm anemic or what. Non-negress women are weak and become even more so without exercise. It's pathetic, but you can even pass out by just standing for 2(two) straight hours. Yeh, the only one among my friends.

I haven't done a sport seriously since childhood, but I've been training off and on as a distance runner since I was 19. Never really stuck with it long enough or ate well enough to make great progress. I only started lifting and getting serious this past year since I wanted to be more attractive to my husband and be in good shape to have babies. I have lots of meme diet/exercise friends but no one who diets very well. 28 now.
