Im considering starting to cut for the summer, for the first time.
I have been lifting 4-5 times a week for about 1 and a half year now. And I have put on a lot of mass since I am blessed with superior genes.
I need advice for cutting without losing muscle mass.

Increase cardio
Lower your intake by about 300 calories a day

Take your bf% and divide it by 20.
The result is the % of total bodyweight you can safely lose each week without risking muscle mass.
This assumes you are lifting and eating enough protein.
