Ok so I have A/B day

>B = Back and Shoulders
I like to do 3 exercises for both back and shoulders, should I make one of them a C-Day?
Will my chest/arms start slacking?

it would make more sense to do something like
chest/shoulders/triceps (push)
back/biceps (pull)
also, the fact that you have no leg exercises.

I dont like the push pull thing bc OHP is a shoulder exercise and i do it on shoulder day

also i don't really do biceps, I've noticed that when i bench my biceps get noticably bigger so I'll do 6x5 on both incline and bench

I doubt your biceps got bigger from benching, since benching doesn't involve the biceps.
