96Kg for 1m73 ...
My ankles are damaged (10y of kung-fu contest ...)
My wrists were broken ...
And i have heart weakness ...
So, no push-ups, no jogging ...
I don't want make more "beef", just loosing this fucking fat.
2y with that, It's already too much.

If you want to loose weight, stop eating so much fucking food. Go on myfitnesspal or your app of choice and count your goddamn calories until you're a healthy weight.
Has an actual doctor said that you can't do push-ups or jogging? Because lifting is probably going to be off the table too. A heavy set of squats is going to spike your heart rate a lot more than push ups or a light jog.
