Deadlift. Last session I was hungover from NYE and didn't try to increase
Harder to post bench and row because I have switched to db row from cable and lately I am doing db press because my spotter left for a month
what units is this in? if kg then pretty impressive man, if lbs then still quite good imo. regardless that linear progression is nice
