Anyone here lift and do serious calisthenics?
I do full body 3 times a week and I'm having trouble adding in front/back lever, planche and handstand work while still getting a good workout.
Any tips are appreciated.

i do both, superset my lifts with calisthenics. helped a ton with my flexibility and and my endurance during workouts.

Check out Greyskull LP. The actual book, not Phrak's version. Mixes calisthenics with lifting. Also look at the stuff Johnnie Pains says; usually he puts calisthenics before lifting in importance.
