Yo /Fit/bros,
I tore my infraspinatus and teres major a month ago in a scuffle with my "gymbro".
The infraspinatus is doing better, but the teres major still looks like shit. There is a hollow space where it should connect to my arm and the muscle tissue has just become a lump on the lower part of my shoulderblade.
Will this shit ever get better or will this muscle never reattach and just dissapate?
It would really suck if I can never get my back muscle asymetrical again.
Please help!

Well, it doesnt look like its attached anymore if you check out the hollow near my armpit.
However, there wasn't any blood when I injured myself.
Whats your guess?
