Hey /fit/ I need some pointers, I'm 6'2" and 210lbs. I'm decently sized but TFW skinnyfat. I don't want the bullshit of "looking shredded brah" but I want to get YUGE, rn I've been lifting for 3 weeks and I've noticed a bit of a change but I feel retarded. What is three best way on a budget to become one of you glorious bastards.

If you've only been lifting for three weeks, I'd say you're asking this way too early. Keep doing what you're doing(which is hopefully right), and ask again in six months.

Well this is why I feel retarded, I spend about 15 to 20 minutes stretching, then doing an assortment of squats, presses, deadlifts, curls, and pull ups. I don't have a set routine even though I know I need one. I do all those for about 60 to 90 minutes. My meals have been consisting of mostly meats, mainly chicken and rice, I hate the way eggs taste but I know they are wonders for protein. And high carb meals like pastas with meat and tomato sauce.
