Is this bait? It's working because you got me real riled. If not, in reality, you never gain or lose fat cells. They increase or decrease in size based on how much triglyceride is being held inside of it. There are minuscule differences in body metabolism and usage of muscle vs fat and your body adapts very quickly to its environment. It's just eating a lot.

I don't see how it's so hard for some people. I used to lose and gain in cycles but at some point I got dedicated and took it seriously and lost the weight.
