Hey /fit/ bros, I need some advice, I got a gf back mid last year and my gym got shoddy, I wanna get back into it, used to be 5-6 days a weeker (felt good) now barely doing 3.
What should I do to get back? Originally was PPLPPLx, should I go back in on a bro split?

2 sets of 5 and one set to failure, then I add on 10lbs and see if I can do it.
