Is it a good idea to chew bubblegum on a cut? As a way to suppress my appetite?

Take a multivitamin every day.
Your body craves nutrients. Lots of people each a large amount of junk and then still feel hungry because they got no nutrients and their body still craves nutrients.
Small amounts of lean beef jerky can be good because it is low calorie and gives your body protein which can help stop cravings. Pick your least favorite flavor or a plain flavor, self control is needed to not eat the whole bag.
My personal favorite is sunflower seeds in the shell. Only problem is you have to have somewhere to spit them, but they work really well.

Bubblegum(non sugar) has about 2 calories per stick, give or take.
I usually eat 3 sticks at a time once a day for them jaw gains.
but as for cutting, nah, the sweetness->blandness actually stimulates my hunger, so I just chew gum during the last hour before my lunch break at work.
