In the past month I've had to cut out almost all horizontal pushing motions because of shoulder pain. My bench has gone down the shitter, I can't do dips, and I can barely even do push ups now. I feel it mostly in the front part of my delt. What types of stretches should I do to try to help ease this up. My current pre push day shoulder warmup seems useless.

Stay away from lifts that cause pain and try to keep the shoulder active, not to the point of hurting but getting blood flow in there, if it is swollen ice it for no more than 72 hours and use heat thereafter. if you sleep on your side try to stop. I find it exacerbates the problem in my shoulders. I want to start madcow but my shoulder may keep me from doing bent over rows and bench. fuuuuck.
Sounds like your rotator cuff is fucked. Go see a doctor before arthritis builds up in the joint and you really can't lift at all.
