I've got some wrist pain from the over head press and Ive got some BPC 157 I want to inject it into the area of pain to heal it faster.. I looked up how to inject into wrist but couldn't find anything promising.. any ideas? (BTW I'm only injecting 250mcg and I'll be using a 28g needle)

>injecting weird shit into your body
RIP in peace OP
Could you at least livestream it so we can watch you die?

>couldn't find anything promising
wonder why???

Bpc 157 is a safe peptide ya bish

I'd break it up and micro dose around the area, doing it morning and night for a week or two. I had good luck doing something similar with MGF, and my friend had good luck with BPC 157. If you can get 31g needles, do it. I recommend the TruePlus brand pins, the BD ultra fine are pretty shit IMO.

Yeah I get what you're saying but where could I inject? I've used bpc before on Bicep for tendinitis (worked great!) But there is barely any meat on my wrist
seems like it would be really easy to accidentally hit a vein or capillary. Probably should make sure to aspirate

For starters what is injured? Tendon, ligament, muscle? For tendon injuries with MGF, I microdosed (50mcg total over 5 spots) next to the injured tendon, spacing injections about 1/4-1/2" apart.
I'm going on memory here, but IIRC, BPC-157 works better for muscle injuries, where as MGF is better for tendons. But either way, frequent smaller injections usually work better than one large injection. The smaller needles make this much more manageable IMO.
I wouldn't go IM there. SubQ all the way,
Go grab a clothes pin, pinch some skin up, inject slowly at the base of the pinch.

My grip on the OHP was too far back and my wrist on my pinky side hurts.. I didn't know you could use that for tendon problems, I've used bpc on my brachioradialis and it healed my tendinitis I had there for over a year in only 3 weeks

SubQ sounds like a good idea!

If you've had good results with it, by all means stick with it. I wish datbtrue's site was still up, he had some great info on local vs. systemic effects of certain healing peptides like bpc, tb 500, mgf, etc.
