Sup /fit/, posted yesterday asking how I could tear my pec, which is currently pulled. Tried doing heavy dumbbell flies: only could do 40s full ROM, then did negatives with 60s for the sake of going heavier. Tried benching heavy: normally I can rep 225 but with this pulled pec I couldn't even get 185 off my chest. Then I just did dips and incline dumbbell presses but still no tear. I aggravated it for sure but it's not torn. Help pls.
Why the fuck are you trying to make a low level tear into a complete tear?
Do dips with 3 plates on a belt and go as low as you can

99% sure this thread is bullshit, but you should probably just try benching as heavy as you can grinding shit out for as long as you can.
