ERROR: FIELD TOO LONG
...Well, general Keto thread I guess...
I've lost ten pounds since 11/18/16 (178-168) on my way to my goal of 155lbs (manlet at 5'8" and I'm exceedingly thicc)
Been lifting for around 7 years cumulative and didn't change my routine. Didn't notice any drops in my lifts. Here's a couple meals that saved me:
Spinach Squares: Dense spinach souflee of eggs and spinach that you can carve up and use for snax and lunch
Sausage and Purple cabbage
Taco Salad w/o tortilla
Frozen burgggs
Salmon bagels with salad wraps instead of bagel
'Meat Shit' Basically ground beef mixed with every veggie I like, and sour cream as topping
Snax that saved me:
Pork rinds. Regular ones I dip in gucamole, hot and spicy eat plain.
Parmesean Whisps from Costco: Basically crispy medallions of pure parmesean.
Spinach Squares.
