Is almond milk /fit/ approved?
Almonds don't have nipples.
Just dont forget to activate it before consuming

this
non-activated almond milk (the kind you find at the grocery store) is pleb-tier.
>>39876474
A-are they a-activated?
>>39876474
I drink it all the time & use it with my shakes i heard on TYT thats its bad....but that the TYT so who gives shit. It's better than whole milk.....So i guess so.
With a scoop of whey it's top tier.

I'll use it to flavor shakes and overnight oats, I rarely if ever drink it
>>39877371
Agreed. It's good if you're on the keto meme, pretty bland to drink as it is though

just discovered this heavenly combination last night
I usually make a morning shake as a kind of substitute breakfast before I head off to classes everyday. I usually use milk, bananas, strawberries, peanut butter, oats, and whey. Recently figured out I'm lactose intolerant. Switched to whey isolate already, should I also use almond milk instead? Is it okay to consume 1-2 cups of this 5 days a week? What about coconut or hemp milk?
>>39877529
Make sure they're activated
>>39876474
Hazelnut is far better.

>1g of protein per serving vs 7g in soymilk
if you're gonna fag it up by not drinking milk at least drink the option with 600% more muscle nutrient

What about the soy gives you titties meme?

No, but this is.
>8oz serving
>3g carbs
>11g protein
>0g fat

It's $3.59 per half-gallon, but if you have the money it's a good deal.
fuck almond milk, make oat milk very inexpensive
1/2 cup oats
2 cups (idk how many waters u want) water
cinnamon
bit of honey (blend + chill + strain to drink)
enjoy.
oat milk.
I wouldn't buy that even if you are vegan, vegetarian.
Buy whole almonds and eat them. If you need extra protein, buy pea protein powder.
>>39876474
I just drink whole milk.
Look at the chart and decide. Ill actually give a serious response. I prefer coconut milk, just because I like the taste and I have the idea in my head that the sat fat from coconuts is healthy.
>>39877507
no, but the problem with almond milk is that it takes tons of water to grow almonds. so the nut industry is milking California's balls dry.
>>39876474
I'm doing long term keto (primal lifestyle) and unsweetened almond milk is what I drink for a tasty drink
>>39881522
long term?? thats bad for your health....
you need to have loading days. atleast 3 a week. Your body literally has to have Carbs to survive.

Heres a study that says you're talking bullshit
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2716748/
>The weight and body mass index of the patients decreased significantly (P<0.0001). The level of total cholesterol decreased from week 1 to week 24. HDL cholesterol levels significantly increased, whereas LDL cholesterol levels significantly decreased after treatment. The level of triglycerides decreased significantly following 24 weeks of treatment. The level of blood glucose significantly decreased. The changes in the level of urea and creatinine were not statistically significant.

Daily reminder that you absolutely MUST activate your almonds before consumption. Nutritional experts agree on this.
>>39881414
>it takes tons of water to grow almonds
More than cows?
>not drinking lactose free whole milk
kind of expensive, but sooo good
>not replacing regular milk with almond milk to devote more calories to protons
With the amount of calories you're saving from getting ride of regular milk, you can add extra protein powder, or even a few eggs to your smoothie. Fucking think you dumb niggers
