Did 190kg really comfortably tonight. Probably the best 190 I've done this training cycle (so, ever)

Work up to max single, only attempt it if I'm more than 50% sure I'll make the rep (I know how to fail reps safely)

Oh they are, I'm almost deadlifting and squatting 200 already, which is still way too little, my goal eventually is 500 but I doubt that will ever happen since that's apparently really high for women.

steroids will do the opposite for that for a multitude of reason,

test would help with muscle recovery not joint recovery, thats why when starting out on steroids people sometimes snap their shit up cause they increase weights too fast cause their muscles can handle the load but their joints and CNS not equipped yet

You'd probably be in a line platoon but you're much closer to a paramedic than an infantryman. If you want to get a medical degree, doing 68__ and taking all the background classes you can might not be a bad route. Only downside is depending on your unit, you could end up with a lot of field time, which doesn't lend itself to academic success.
