Smoked up 30 minutes before a workout once. I felt like I was going to die during my warmup squats. Never again.

Depends on what I'm doing.
Cardio is much, much better. And by that I mean it becomes tolerable.
Squats feel fucking perfect.
But benching annoys me and deadlifting feels impossible.
If I had a home gym I'd probably smoke before every cardio and squat session. I'd be somewhat sobered up by the time it came to bench after squatting anyway.

ye i only smoke before the gym, not enough so im blazed but just nicely buzzed. I found it worked particularly well with my push/pull routine where I wasn't going super heavy.
Honestly love smoking and having a coffee before i do any cardio its the best high

Tried it before a few times.

Never again, maybe for cardio though.
