My knee started hurting at 1,5pl8
Now I have pain every time I climb shit and have to put all weight on that knee and push upwards. Gonna get it checked next time I'm at the corporate doc, but I'm probably not squatting again. Only slav squats without added weight. Maybe backpack.

I started deadlifting 2 weeks ago. Lacking mostly because of form, I'm pretty sure I'll match my squat within another 2 weeks.
Bench: 80kg 3x8
Dead: 100kg 5x5
Squat: 80 5x5
Press: 40kg 5x5
I can't squat, my hip is severely misaligned. I think I can't DL either, I've been doing it this far but I fear I cause microdamage and one day I'll just suddenly find myself in snap city, despite thinking my form was good
I feel like legs at the 1/2/3/4 proportion are little bit too big. Better than twig legs because at least you don't look like a stupid curlbro, but still not right. I don't squat like /fit/ wants me too but I'm not dumb enough to entirely neglect legs either
