Hey /fit/,
I've recently suffered an ac separation and I am wanting to know what would be the best exercises (specifically targeting chest and delt) I can do without further injuring my shoulder. I've just recently gotten back into a diet and exercise routine after being out for over a year and gaining 70+ lbs. Before, I had lost around 140 lbs but had injured my lower back, causing me to refrain from all exercises and even work for awhile. I really don't want this to turn out like last year's incident, causing me to lose the progress I've made so far. Any advice would be helpful.
Pic related, minus the black man. - This was the machine I was using whenever I injured myself.

slightly off topic, but that machine is fucking godlike. the bench press version is my all time favorite chest exercise, without a shadow of a fucking doubt. in 6 years of lifting, nothing ever compared to it, but i only found it in 2 gyms, and the last one was years ago.

You can find it in almost any snap fitness. It's a fantastic machine; It just so happen that I somehow fucked up and killed my shoulder.
