Not OP, but it really depends how bad you are. If you have serious problems, nofap for 1-2 months has been shown to sort of counteract and almost reset the parts of the brain that get fucked by porn and over-fapping.

Ok. Let me explain why you disgust me.

1) You don't have separate sheet for your savings.
If you are not 15, you definitely should have invest more effort into make real database of you income, expenses, savings in cash, bank accounts etc...

2) $50.3 savings? You better should be 8 years old.

3) You make NYR
If you need to do something with your body, or save some extra money you should do it right when you find out something is wrong. Not on 1st of Jan. Do you think all successful people decided to be successful on 1st of Jan?

Why the hell do you need to track this? Just make a 3+1 or 4+1 training plan and stick to it.

6) You are fat

My only real new years resolution is that I'll track my food every single day (again). Did this about 4 months, then kept eating maintenance and didn't track for a while. Now back at bulking and need tracking for that

Good job OP. I'm tracking mine in a notebook. I've tried using spreadsheets before but they're too easy to set up and delete and I wind up starting over when I don't do well for a while.

I'm hoping the notebook will create more of a bond. I'm using different colored pens and layouts and shit and really gaying it up, hoping to have something I'll be proud of at the end of the year.
