you can, but then you're not pressing and pressing keeps your shoulders healthy.

You might actually get some decent bench gains. Benching 3 times a week is the best decision I've made in a while. I bench 105kg/230lbs and I've been lifting for 6 months.

do both bench and OHP on the same day just alternate volume between them. you can even switch to 5x5 for work sets which would probably be better since these two exercises respond best to volume

if you want shoulder health do external rotation (rows/rear delt raises/face pulls) and not more internal rotation

Face pulls are amazing when it comes to keeping healthy shoulders. If you're gonna bench three times a week you should probably add them to your routine.
