ok so OP here, been lifting for 2 years and thought i was nearing the end of my natty limit for my BW at 160lbs 5'10, then i got on this program and made gains like a newbie again, turns out doing brosplits dont do shit because ur only training each muscle group once per week which slows down ur progress.
but i basically went from 1.5/2/4/4.5 to 2/3/5/6 so far, its very fast and no drugs and i am still improving i want to get an 8 plate deadlift by my birthday in february
