for chest developement you can replace it to some extent with WeightedDipsTM and flyes.
For strenght purposes you can replace it with push press to overload upper body beyond loads you can ThePressTM

What's your reason for that, are you just weak at bench and don't like it? You can of course replace it with weighted dips and something extra but I don't know for what purpose.
