Alcohol without much calories

whenever i drink that entire day is a total write off in terms of diet

10 beers is like 1000 calories in light beer, and 1500+ in normal beer, no way to account for that shit, and the equivalent in liquor is not any less calories. Avoided mixed/sweetened drinks though.

Vodka and sugar free Red Bull is good, but can't have too many because staying up all night after drinking is usually a bad idea.

Jack and Diet Coke or Rum and Diet Coke taste like shit compared to using regular coke, but I still prefer it to taking shots.

vodka/rum with diet coke is about as clean as it gets.

Try to sip as little as humanly possible, you can make one 80cal drink last for a fucking hour.

You guys do understand that alcohol contains calories too, right? Even if you drink straight vodka, that will have almost the same calories as juice. Plus alcohol fucks with your metabolism so you'll stay fat.

Looks like there isn't a completely good solution except stop drinking alcohol all together
