Ok, here is the deal:
I will have surgery in a couple of days. Nothing really serious, but i will have a few stitches on my hip.
Doctor says no sport for at least 4 weeks, but fuck that. Im gonna focus on upper body until i can squat and deadlift again like im supposed to.
So what are the best upper body excercises? Im gonna OHP and bench, but i might use a few machines as well.
What do you recommend?
Anon no. Listen to the doctor, if your stitches jumps out you will need more time to heal. Just listen to the doctor, you will catch up.eventually on training

don't OHP, frankly avoid compounds all together, if you really must I would suggest you only do machines and seated exercises
You have your whole life to exercise, what you can achieve in 4 weeks anyway?
Don't fuck yourself up and regret it for the rest of your life.
What kind of surgery?
Why complain about fat women getting angry at doctors calling them fat but when it comes to your own health its ok to not listen to the doc?
