show us what you achieved in 12 months, show us you didn't quit after a few weeks.
pic related, it's me.
this is what 6 months of inconsistent diet and retarded bulking, followed by 2 months of cutting and 4 months of Greyskull LP with a planned out diet got me. started at 55kg (122lbs) and am now at 67kg (147lbs) I know, it's far from perfect, but I'm proud nevertheless.
Nice one, OP. How does it feel not to be a skinny piece of shit anymore? One day I want to know that feel

You've made progress Anon, well done.
Now do a year of consistent diet and non retarded bulking - 80kg when
Guys does my progress seem ok for 6 months as well.

It feels great, you'll get there.

Thanks, I'll do my best. This direct comparison really motivates me to continue on my path.
Very good. From skelly to normie-jacked. Keep eating clean and lifting heavy. Don't forget cardio, even if you are bulking.

>>39858744
You should cut and reveal the progress from all that fat.
>>39858744
Well done, you look a lot better. Keep up the good work.
I guess there arent a lot of nyr of 2016 left?
>>39858687
Nice progress, can you tell me your starting and current numbers ( for lifts )?
>>39858687
Nice progress bro. May our gains for 2017 be plentiful and our progress uninhibited
I wonder how many people who make a NYR to get ripped actually stick at it for a whole year?
When you think about it, its a massive achievement

Thanks m8, my starting lifts are easily described: I couldn't lift the empty bar for bench, ohp and rows for reps. Squat and deadlifts started with the empty bar, but keep in mind: I never tested my one rep maxes, I just used the numbers for reps.
Now my lifts are (one rep maxes):
OHP: 60kg
Rows: 74kg
Bench: 80kg
Squat: 108kg
Deadlifts: 120kg
As I said in my OP, I know this isnt perfect, but I'm still proud of myself for sticking to it and not giving up.
