So here it is, 2:42 in the morning. Day one of my quest to get in shape.

My question is this though, I like the idea of lifitng weights but I don't want to get "huge" or too muscular. I just want to stay toned, if that makes sense.

How do I just tone my muscles? now make them big.

Stick to push ups and light dumbbells (nothing heavier than 20 lbs). Do 50 reps per set. That will make you lean and toned.

Read the fucking sticky, and then Harsh's wiki, and follow the advice and directions in there on doing a "recomp". It's exactly what you want. You keep the same weight, and don't get too "muscular", but you slowly replace your fat with muscle to get the lean look.


It takes a while though. Also, read the fucking sticky holy fucking fuck why won't you fucking listen it's all written down there in step by goddamn step instructions I know this is bait but holy shit I am mad.
