The absolute basics would be a good cage, a bench and a barbell plus 3 or 400lb of plates. Plus some mats if you're going to be lifting direct on concrete (horse stall mats are basically what gyms use, but without the jacked up price tag).
After that you'd consider investing in some DBs (you can get handles that take oly plates, but they can be a bit cumbersome for small stuff) and see what else grabs your fancy. There's a lot of stuff that's useful but not remotely necessary beyond that.
