Will losing 3 pounds/week cause loose skin on me? I'm 5'8, 197-200 lbs. And my goal weight is 140.
A little yes
probably
Losing 60 pounds at 5'8 will cause lose skin no matter how fast you lose it. The only things that effects it is your age, and making sure you get enough water vitamind d and omega 3

Damnit
I just want to get to 140-150. I can't lift currently because I've gotta have surgery on my elbow due to a pinched nerve. Sucks
Depends how you look. Im 5'7" and 193lbs but my fat doesnt flab over. Im just big. I seriously doubt ill have any loose skin.

>losing weight quickly causes loose skin
When is this meme going to die already?
I need to get myself back into gear, and since it's the beginning of the month now almost. I'll be able to keep track easier I guess.
I'm like 197-201 or w/e. I'm going to bust my ass to get to 190 or lower by the end of the month. Aiming for 10 lbs a month.
I just don't want to hit any snags/plateaus, but everyones said weight won't continuously go down like that regardless how well I keep track.
And theres the whole issue of eating enough calories as to not starve myself.
If I calculated correctly, If I eat 1300 calories a day, I will continuously lose weight until I hit 187 pounds, then I'd have to readjust.

I'm not going for that "new years resolution" horseshit, either.

same height
went from 210 to 183 still no loose skin, just stretch marks on my biceps and a bit on "lovehandle" area.
my goal is to be around 155, 140 sounds too small senpai

my original goal was 150.
I was 168 at one point but I still seemed chunky as shit, and it seemed like 18 more pounds wouldnt help that.
Cool, im 140lb and my gosl height is 5'8
Wish me luck

I'm 5'10, I was slowly reached 210+ and dropped down to 155... over the course of a few months...
no lose skin... people saying you will have loose skin no matter what have zero experience in the matter.
