What is your main source of protein each day?
Shake? Eggs? Fish?

As much from food as possible - eggs, chicken, turkey. Protein shakes when needed.
Legumes, Seitan, Vegetables.

beef and chicken, on particularly heavy days i pop a can or two of tuna
also i drink 5-6 mugs of milk a day, adds up to more than a litre
I've tried to be as close to vegan as possible but just can't get the protein, so I now get it mostly from chicken and nuts
Chicken & whey, sadly.
Next summer I'm gonna fish the shit out of fresh-water salmon, though, and eat that all year.
