Starts with shitty parents giving their kids too much sugar so their bodies grow more or less addicted to sugar and from there its a vicious cycle through adolescence into adulthood.

Its also parents giving their kids lots of other shit food and not teaching them to exercise.

Usually parents don't give a shit about diet and their kids end up getting fat. If you're not fat by 20 then you probably won't get fat unless you are a fucking idiot

For me it was sugar. I eat under 30g carbs a day now, and I get my carbs from green veggies and cheese.

I drink unsweetened almond milk rather than normal milk and I don't eat bread or rice. If i want chocolate i buy grenade carb killa protein bars.

My diet consists of chicken, beef, cheese, eggs, spinach, mushrooms, advocado, bacon and courgette sliced into noodles.

its pretty easy, tonight is new years so i'll drink alcohol which I do rarely. I'll drink jamesons irish whiskey on the rocks.

If i eat sugar I find I am hungry ALL THE TIME, i think I night be close to diabetes for a life time of sugary shit.

Since going keto I went from skinnyfat boxer to ottermode boxer.
