how much do you spend on a daily basis, and on a weekly basis, to support your fitness lifestyle?
My workplace has a gym and free food. I bought 10lbs of chicken awhile ago and it's what I eat on weekends. Maybe buy a deli sandwich once a week.

At uni now. Typical meals include oats with a half a scoop of whey at breakfast (£0.15oats, £0.20milk, £0.12whey, £0.20banana or other piece of fruit=£1 at most. On weekends when I have time eggs would be a little more with veggies and stuff but still unlikely to go over £1 or £2).
Lunch usually chicken breasts, about 150-200g so say £1.50 with pasta or some sauce and small veg coming to another £1 or £2. Total £4 max.
Protein shake post workout with at least 2 fruits usually and linseed mix and oats comint to about £0.60.
Dinner similar story to lunch. SO max daily total is about £10. Usually more like £5 though.
Depending on what's leftover in the fridge, I can spend about £16 for a weeks worth of breakfasts and dinners. I'll spend about another £20 at work on lunch though as I'm too lazy to prepare my own lunches the night before.
im around $150 a week
