Has anyone ever trained obliques?
>>39841335
I had mine removed, easier to get into deadlift position now.
One sided farmer walks are the best for obliques, also grip strength. Do you not want the V-taper?
>>39841335
everyday, try barbell obliques twists

I thought training obliques was counterproductive for the V-taper
Anyone got any links about this?

It is, that's what he meant. You look to train them and thus get a lesser taper.

Is there any benefit in not having a V-Taper? Unless you are achieving for bear-mode look
>>39841815
idk, I don't think it looks all that good and I want to be strong so I don't really care about it
>>39841815
if you have wide hips training obliques is essential to avoid having an hourglass shape

No, nobody has ever done it.
