No wonder you're a weak bitch
Pretty symmetric
180 cm, 80-81kg
FeelsGreenMan
6' and 92kg.
I was 98 on symmetry score not long ago, but then I started progressing a bit differently.
Been lifting for about 9 months now.
I was sure that swimming would never carry over to lifting.
Turns out my lats are stronk.

That being said....why the fuck is my pendlay so strong and deadlift so weak?
>>39841556
Because your glutes and quads are non-existant.
I'm on a intermediate level, doing a full body routine 3x week (compounds plus some isolation), cardio on the off days, I've been stalling a little, should I change to PPL or something like that?

wow ur lift stats are identical to mine, except chinups. lifted for 3-4 months (ppl).
Almost 3 months of lifting. Just realised my bench grip was basically a close grip this week. I feel stupid but at least I know why my bench is so bad now.

I absolutely guarantee you are accidentally doing push press. there is no way you are doing 1 plate strict overhead press with those bench and chinup weights. fix your form.
