Sup boyos, I'd like to know how to get a thicker neck by any means possible.
I know there are a lot of exercises, be it weighted or weightless, but I want to do it without hurting my vertebrae.
How do I go about doing that?
Apparently it just involves being a soldier and wearing a helmet

start with isometric neck exercises. that shit is a good start and pretty gentle if you aim for time under tension of about 60 secs.

On top of deadlifts and powercleans etc. as stated above. Wrestlers bridges are good. Neck curls starting with no weight and working your way up. Get yourself a neck harness thing (I forget what they're called). Lots of shit you can do.
