Does /fit/ meditate?
How do you guys go about it?
I see lifting as a form of meditation, but sometimes depression, stress and anxiety still build up end and I try various techniques like concentrating on my breathing. Tensing my muscles for as long as possible and then relaxing is also something I've found helpful.
Meditation takes a lot of discipline but it's 100 per cent worth it if you suffer from over-thinking or depression.
