guys, what are the best exercises for shoulder without "The Press", ohp or military press? i always hurt my neck when doing these so i have to pause a few days.. can i train my shoulders without overhead pressing (dumbbell / barbell both hurt my neck)?
if you hurt your neck doing The Press you're doing something very wrong. I think a more reasonable solution is to fix your form instead of looking for alternatives.
You probably have baby traps bruh. Sounds like you're getting some neck gains I'd just let it happen.
you probably have a weak posterior chain
after around 6 months of compound movements you should be able to do these with more stability
just do machine shoulder press
