These are springy, squishy heeled, crossfit shoes. Definitely not for squatting, spend the $200 and get adipowers or nike romaleos. Cheap out $100 and get something that is worth 0$ in terms of usefulness. There is a reason those shoes are $100.

I have a pair of converse I use now, as close to no shoes as it gets. I will still use them for my deads, but its hard to get ATG with them. I can get below parallel but I know my form would be much better with lifting shoes.

I use Rogue Do Wins and they're perfectly fine.
