literally 1-2 hours, going to the doctor tomorrow for it lol. i can usually fall asleep pretty quickly but i'll wake up wide awake and can't fall back to sleep for like 5 hours+. been like this for 2 weeks, but when i was normal i'd sleep like 6.5-7 to feel normal, a few years ago it was 8-9
Around 14 hours because I'm living in depression mode right now
Get up at 4.30am Go to bed about 10.30pm.
If you want to achieve your dreams and goals, you gotta suffer a bit.
7-8 hours during summer, 8-12 hours during winter. I'm really tired all the time when it's winter as it's dark all the time. I haven't seen the sun in weeks.

t. muhreen fag with marriage, after work college classes and a part time delivery driver job
9 hours usually. How can I make myself sleep less and still feel fully rested?
I just worked a job for a year where I had to wake up at 5:20am every morning. It was pretty brutal and I found myself waking up tired absolutely no matter what time I went to bed.
Now I can sleep as much as I want and I still never feel fresh when I wake up, but once I get going I dont have to nap and I can stay up late without it bothering me, its like my body wont shut down if I dont want it to.
Its a blessing and a curse all in one ;_;

vitamin D3 is your friend. Some say its the sunshine vitamin
About 11-13 hours
Schedule is completely fucked since coming back home for Christmas break.
Slowly started waking up later and going to sleep later. I'm now waking up at 6-7pm and going to sleep at around 7-8am.
Interesting to know that a person can technically be nocturnal. I just hope not being in the sun for this long won't effect my vitamin D levels to severely.
Depression isn't helping either.
Tried staying awake through the day today but fell asleep at around 9am.
Hopefully I can get back on track and sleep less before going back to uni.
6-7.5 hours during the semester.
9 hours when I don't have to worry about school.

Hard to sleep in the heat and easier to snug like a bug in the cold

I'm already consuming it during the winter.
Before I started taking it I could sleep well over 12 hours a night.
