My obliques aren't filling out at the same rate as everything else if at all.
I've tried side bends, oblique crunches, plate twists, etc. but that area is still very hollow.
What other exercises are better at targeting that area.

The problem is there are red scribbles covering them. Just take a shower and wash it off and you should see your obliques again!
Just keep eating and lifting, they'll fill in. You're too light for 6'4''

I try to eat as much as possible but as a college student, I don't have too much money to spend on extra meals. The dining hall meals aren't very balanced either

buy a sack of oats or drink more milk. It's not hard to eat more if you buy cheap

What he said, it's not easy but it is possible to get big on a budget. Plenty of resources online, google 'frugal eating reddit'. Also stop with this ab isolation nonsense and spend your time squatting.

keep lifting and eating senpai, get strong on core-heavy lifts (like ohp, front squats) and do some ab work.
Heavy deadlifts and squats with a proper valsalva maneuver. Try suitcase deads for oblique specific.
