I know you wanna pack on mass on mass but if you start cutting in March and get them striations in, you'll love the end result. Getting the mass feels great and gives dat deer confidence boost but being able to take your shirt off and know that you are the most aesthetic AND strong fucker in the spot is awesome. Plus it motivated me to get even bigger this winter so the cut next spring would be even better.

Just a thought, man. If you're going for a overall strength goal then I'll go fuck myself because that's much more important.

For chest my main exercise is the dip. Both weighted and advanced versions. Dont listen to idiots saying dips are a meme.
For back and biceps its the weighted chin up really.

Right now, I feel like my lower pecs aren't as developed, so I'm doing cable flies where I grab the cables to be below the waist, so when I squeeze the cables to my chest I have to move my arms up to work that area. It's only like 30 lbs for my sets, but I want to make sure I'm keeping my back tight and not cheating it. I've also recently learned about deficit deadlifts and the adductor machine, because my knees started to wobble on my heavier squats/pause squats.

Here's what I'd do.

Do some cardio on the treadmill for like thirty minutes, maybe forty if you're feeling it. Try and set a speed and incline with enough intensity to get your heart rate up, but try and keep it between 150-165 bpm. I say that because you'll be working hard enough to burn fat. If your heart rate is TOO high, you'll still burn fat, but you'll also burn muscle. I lost two pounds of lean mass in my first two weeks of working out because of that. Since then, I've put back on six pounds of lean mass and haven't lost any, even as I do half-sessions of cardio after my workouts and days where I actually focus on cardio. It may take a little bit to get your heart rate up, and you'll notice it might continue to steadily climb up during your treadmill session, so be sure to check your pulse. If it's over 165, start making adjustments and lowering the intensity until it's back around 155-160.

As for your workouts to build muscle, if you're new, I'd do a full body routine including core work (planks, russian twists, decline sit-ups, compound lifts that involve your core), and then when you get better you can start a split routine.
