Anyone know good exercises for someone who had spinal surgery?
I'm not allowed to lift of anything involving my back (obviously). I don't know what i can do to too keep me not-fat.
Like your lower back or anything at all? Can you do chin ups?

6 months into my 12 month recovery, and can only do things with my limbs.
Walk more, way way more. Wanna fuck up your recovery? Start lifting again.

Just walk or cycle if you want to be safe. Maybe push-ups and shit. Ask your doctor.
Don't lift for at least a year. I had the same surgery at 17, tried to go too far too fast and had to have a revision surgery for it.
