Achievable without barbells or machines? AKA: heavy adjustable dumbbells, bench, pull up/dip bar and belt

Fuck yeah dude just stay consistent

Dumbbells and body weight exercises are all you really need.
There's some exercise that can mimick pretty much any that requires a machine or barbell.
Squats and deadlifts will be harder to replace, but you can still do alternatives.

Sweet thanks. All I really ever wanted is a swimmer type body that looks good in clothes. Been cutting for a year and was worrying that switching to barbell for bulking was 100% required for my goal.

Dumbbell training is what allowed me to significantly go up in my barbell bench press when I plateaued.
Much better isolation and works out your stabilizer muscles.

They're quite underrated. Especially how far you can actually get with them alone
it will be a lot faster if you get under the bar
honestly this is just low ass body fat with some lifting or even calisthenics

Pro tip Op.
Get yourself a set of gymnast rings. Pull ups , levers, dips push-ups etc. If you've never done ring dips you're in for a mighty big shock.
