Once I took a multivitamin and made mad gains.
drank a bunch of friction to go lift
projectile vomit during 110lb DB row
some guy stepped over it and said "get it together man"

i take multivitamin so i dont have to eat fruit or vegetable lol. i hate that stupid taste of grass
tried creatine once
Unflavored whey. It tasted like pills, had to quickly drink it in one go or else I would throw up.
Used creatine when I started lifting at 16.
Started balding two months later.

me and some friends used Aptonia whey (low cost shit sold around Europe) for a few months and got heavy metal poisoning.
turns out that the quality control of that brand is virtually non existent.
avoid at all costs.

>bought 10kg of pea protein on sale
Dirt would taste better than this. Unflavoured whey is heaven compared to this

this might be it for me as well, got some Now Foods unflavored whey thinking it would mix into other stuff well
it didn't
unflavored whey, even a few grains, will make anything it touches taste like unflavored whey

I can't even remember what it was but I took something lemon flavored that gave me boners all fucking day. It's not a fun as it sounds cause the moment one died, another popped up. Canceled my plans with my buds and just stayed home

vegetables are for trace minerals, other micronutrients and fibre you retard. they are deficient in main minerals and vitamins anyway.

most of the mineral/vitamin in that garbage is an oxide, literally very close to 0% absorbable. you should use chelated minerals and highly absorbable vitamins only
got anxiety after taking preworkout for the first time
Bulbine natalensis made me puke once.
Brother in law fainted from Jekyll & Hyde PWO (too high heart-rate) and then proptly kept using it because he's an idiot.
